for a band that earned so much naysayers in the elite rock circles, it seems to take great courage to admit liking them. i wont. but to hell with the elites, i will go as far as saying that even though i'm not so sure of the band members themselves, i honestly like their music... anyway, the loudness of their critics only proves their popularity. although popularity cannot at all guarentee creativity, it shall be these young fellas' attitude that shall determine if they will be there to stay long or would just be another shooting star. if the way they handle their fame wont improve (re: too showbiz-flirting), i wont be surprised if they'd end up becoming one of those staple showbands (Rockstar comes to mind) instead of earning the respect they otherwise deserve.
